About ACT Energy Technologies

Since 1998, ACT Energy Technologies Ltd. (formerly called “Cathedral Energy Services Ltd.”) has been committed to delivering exceptional service and innovative directional drilling technologies.

We are a trusted partner to North American energy companies requiring high-performance directional drilling, MWD and rotary steerable services, as well as in providing remote operations. We collaborate with our customers to tailor our equipment and expertise to meet their specific technical downhole needs. Our goals include achieving highly efficient operations resulting in lower project costs for our valued clients.

The ACT advantage is our proprietary technologies, stringent quality control and testing systems, and experienced personnel. We design, build and assemble the majority of our own tools and equipment. Our in-house engineering and testing capabilities are unique for a company of our size and allow our team to perform in-depth tests to qualify the equipment. As a result, we are able to continually improve our product and service offerings.

Our main service facilities are located in Houston, Texas, and Nisku, Alberta, and our corporate headquarters is located in Calgary, Alberta. With experienced employees and contractors in key basins across North America, ACT is strategically positioned to meet our customers evolving requirements.

ACT Energy Technologies Ltd. is based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We operate in Canada and in the United States as “Altitude Energy Partners”, and in the U.S. under “Discovery Downhole Services” and “Rime Downhole Technologies”. ACT is a publicly-traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange under the symbol “ACX”.
