Directional Drilling Services

Stryker’s industry-leading experience in directional drilling consistently delivers quality and expedient well-bore placement. Our highly experienced and performance-driven drillers are known to provide directional services on budget and on time.

Stryker Directional offers and provides a complete spectrum of directional drilling services that incorporate multilateral drilling, horizontal drilling, conventional displacement, straight-hole drilling, open-hole side tracks, and re-entry applications. Stryker has the tools and expertise for use in extreme and rugged environments including, but not limited to, high-pressure and high-temperature situations, and oil-based fluids.

Mud Motors

Stryker Directional motors are some of the most reliable in the industry. We continue to enhance and improve our tools to withstand the increased power from today’s higher torque power sections. 

Rotary Steerable System (RSS)

Styker has extensive experience running a fleet of 10 Orbit RSS tools. 

Measurement While Drilling (MWD)

Stryker's MWD tools are completely standardized across the entire fleet. This yields predictable results that allow us to increase reliability and efficiency.

Real-Time Operations

The Strykops Center is fully remote to support MWD/LWD operations with full quality control review of all pre-run and post-run MWD data.

1998

Cathedral, originally named Directional Plus, was founded by six veterans of the oil and gas industry.

2000

Directional Plus completes a reverse takeover of Cathedral Gold Corporation and evolves into Cathedral Energy Services.

2002

Cathedral becomes a public income trust company trading in the TSE. Cathedral also expands into Saskatchewan.

Our EM MWD tool is commercialized and effectively works in the Bakken Formation without long wire or sub repeater.

Cathedral acquires 13 production testing units and expands into Colorado & Wyoming.
